Each of our boats has two double bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 2-6. But whether you want just one bedroom or two, you'll enjoy private use of the whole boat and the undivided attention of your crew for the duration of your voyage.

You have the choice of short day trips, overnight stays or longer trips of up to one week or more. We would certainly recommend spending at least two to three nights on board to unwind properly and to get to the more remote and secluded places on the backwaters.

Our prices (see below) vary according to numbers and season, but are always honest and fair. You have the option of booking with us in the UK which can ease communications and makes for straightforward payment in GBP. We are also delighted to help you organise other elements of your stay in Kerala such as booking local transport and hotels. In addition, motorboat cruises, canoe rides and Shikara trails (traditional small boats with crafted roof) are available. Again, prices vary according to season, so please ask for more information.

• Bookings will be guaranteed on receipt of payment.
• In cases of cancellation, a fee of 50% will be charged.
• If you need to change your booking dates, we always do our best to accommodate you on a River Goddess houseboat. However, if one of our boats is not available, we can find you a boat of the best possible standard from another houseboat company.
• As in hotels, single occupancy means one bedroom. Double occupancy means two bedrooms.
  Different prices apply (please refer to our pricing table).
• Charges include accommodation and full board. Air-conditioning, beer and shellfish are extras. 
  Tips for your boat staff are appreciated but are totally at your discretion.
• All trips depart at 12 midday and finish at 9.30 am.
